บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยในงานประจำ(R2R)แบบสำรวจ วัดผลก่อนและหลังการส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมการบริโภคอาหารของเด็กนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น
ในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสแห่งหนึ่งในอำเภอพระพุทธบาท กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่
1 2 และ3 ทุกคน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ได้แก่
แบบประเมินพฤติกรรมการบริโภคอาหารซึ่งอยู่ในแบบบันทึกการตรวจสุขภาพด้วยตนเองของนักเรียนวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา
เปรียบเทียบความ แตกต่างระหว่างพฤติกรรมบริโภคอาหารก่อนและหลัง
การส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมการบริโภคอาหารโดยสถิติ Paired- Sample T Test ผลการทดลองพบว่า
พฤติกรรมการบริโภคอาหารหลังการส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมการบริโภคอาหารดีขึ้น
กว่าก่อนการส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมเพียงเล็กน้อย อย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p=0.898)

This
research is a survey research. The results were measure before and after the
health promotion on food consuming behavior of secondary school students at an
opportunity expansion school in Phra Phutthabat District.
The samples are all Grade 7, 8 and 9 students. A food consuming behavior
assessment form, which is in students’ self-health examination record book, was
used as a tool in this study. Descriptive statistics was adopted for analyzing
the differences between before and after the health promotion by pair sample
test. The result shows that the food consuming behavior after the health
promotion is slightly better than before the health promotion, which is not statistical
significance. (p=0.898)
